Tybee Island is located 14 miles east of Savannah, Georgia. Driving from Atlanta, it is all highway.
Take US 75 south of Atlanta. At Macon, pick up US 16. This will take you to Savannah. Just follow
the signs to Tybee. From Bloomington, Illinois, AirTran will take you from Bloomington to Savannah with a short connection at Atlanta. AirTran also services Chicago's Midway Airport. It's easy to book a quick trip on AirTran's website |
